• We retrieve data from your specified Google Sheets in real-time using Google Sheets API

• Processing occurs in memory only and data is discarded after analysis completion

Google Sheets Data: We do not retain your Google Sheets data. All access is performed in real-time, processed immediately, and discarded after analysis completion. No Google Sheets content is stored on our servers, cached, or retained in any form.

Other Data: Account information and usage logs may be retained as necessary for service operation and improvement, but never include your actual Google Sheets content.

4. How We Share Your Information

4.1. Third-Party AI Service Providers:

We may share your Google Sheets data with trusted AI service providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google) to process your specific requests. These providers:

• Are contractually obligated to protect your information
• Use your data only for providing AI services to us
• Do not retain your Google Sheets data after processing

6. Your Control Over Your Data

6.1. Google Sheets Access Control:

You maintain complete control over your Google Sheets data:

• You decide which Google Sheets and data ranges to share with our Service
• You can revoke access at any time through your Google account settings
• You can limit access to specific spreadsheets or ranges
• Revoking access immediately prevents any future data retrieval by our Service

6.2. Data Access and Update:

You can view, access, edit, or delete your account information through our Service. Since we don't store your Google Sheets data, you have full control over it through your Google account.

6.3. Data Deletion:

You can request that Tabulas delete your account and associated data by sending an email to support@tabulas.ai with "Please delete my account" in the subject line. We will respond to your request within 14 days and delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Note that since we don't store Google Sheets data, there is no Google Sheets content to delete from our systems.

7. Your Rights and Choices

7.1. Access and Portability:

You have the right to access your personal information and, where applicable, receive a copy of your data in a portable format. Your Google Sheets data remains under your full control in your Google account.

7.2. Communication Preferences:

You can opt out of non-essential communications by following unsubscribe instructions in emails or contacting us directly.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us, and we will take steps to delete such information.
